Terms and Conditions

1. Roofer Near Me (RNM) will conduct the works in this quotation in a proper and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the plans and specifications.

2. All materials supplied by RNM will be as stated in the quote, and will be the industry standard of materials needed for works.

3. The work will be done as stated in the quotation and within a reasonable time frame.

4. The time estimated for the works may be over or under what was estimated but does not alter the fixed price of the quote.

5. RNM Contractors may not do additional work other than the approved quotation unless instructed by management.

6. This is a fixed quotation and is not negotiable after commencement of any works.

7. Warranty and Guarantee:

8. RNM reserves the right to withdraw from this contract prior to commencement of works. Any deposit monies received by RNM from the client shall be refunded.

9. Payment Terms: (Unless Otherwise agreed upon in writing by all parties), full payment is due and payable at the completion of works.

b. For works valued over $5000 and under $20000 incl GST, a 10% deposit is payable upon acceptance of the quotation, and the balance is due and payable at the completion of works.

c. For works over $20000 a 10% deposit is due on acceptance, then 40% progress payment due once materials are ordered. The balance 50% due on completion of works

Please note the materials used for the works belong to RNM until full payment is received. RNM reserve the right to attend site and remove the materials used if payment is not made despite several attempts to contact the client for payment.

10. Photos will be taken of the roofing works and may be used for promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise by the client. Photos will not be used that show clients faces or inside the property, only photos of the roof will be used.
